Significantly increased warranty periods

We have analyzed customer reviews and our own experience in using DiKom products, and conducted a few additional product tests. In accordance with the results of the research, it was decided to increase the warranty period for DiKom products:

• for VS series — up to 5 years,
• for VL series — up to 3 years,
• for all other products of DiKom, including racks — 24 months.

Useful lifetime for DiKom products exceeds 10 years.

We are fully confident in the quality of our products and are ready to assume responsibility for it to the customer.

The warranty is subject to the conditions of use. Corresponding changes are gradually introduced into technical documentation, passports, website, and information materials.
